Some nights I can sleep right through the night and other nights I have difficulty going to sleep. I usually spend my waking hours meditating or repeating my affirmations.
I find when I try to go back to sleep, I just get restless and sleep eludes me.
I do find that when I'm not bothered whether I'm asleep or awake, sleep sneaks up on me.
That happened to me last night. I was awake for hours then sleep just took over and I woke up very refreshed this morning.
Life is like that, I find.
When I stop trying to make things happen and am not bothered whether something happens or not, what I've been wanting to experience comes knocking on my door.
Relax! It's all good!
