I don't use clock alarms. I usually just ask my Self to wake me up and She has devised many ways to do so.
Before I went to bed, I put out an intention for my Self to wake me up 7.00 am, which is very early for me. I was planning to snooze for half an hour and then get up at 7.30 am.
When I woke up, it was 7.30 am exactly.
Why didn't you wake me up at 7.00 am?
My Inner Self said I intended to get up at 7.30 am anyway. She was right, of course! I would have been procrastinating. I was too wide awake to go back to sleep. I got out of bed.
