I've noticed when I'm being the Presence i.e. having no thoughts, I experience no time. When I'm in that state and waiting for a bus, for example, I have no sense of passage of time. Even if the timetable tells me my bus will arrive in 10 minutes, when it arrives it feels like no time has passed.
Since my thoughts affect my body, then what I'm not thinking also affects my body. In other words, when I'm not experiencing the passage of time in mind, my body is also experiencing no time passing.
I believe being in silence is the key to experiencing agelessness.
No thought = no passage of time = timelessness = agelessness.
